Access to art-making experiences and culture is therefore essential for individuals' personal and social development and for the enrichment of society as a whole. Through the Art 4 Us program, ROMAC wants to ensure that everyone can experience the benefits of art and that the diversity of artistic expressions and cultural traditions are preserved and celebrated.
